Growing up playing various sports such as badminton, ultimate frisbee and volleyball, I began to receive regular massage therapy treatments and quickly learned that it’s not just relaxation but also a method of rehabilitation, education on proper methods of exercise and strengthening techniques.
I graduated from Conestoga College in 2013 where I completed my certification for Human Resources and worked in the field for 5 years. After careful thought, consideration and mentorship from fellow colleagues, I decided to pursue my interest in the healthcare industry and enrolled and graduated from Westervelt College for Massage Therapy and graduated in 2019.
When I’m not treating, you can find me playing volleyball, badminton, ultimate frisbee, video games, and being outdoors.
